Refund Policy

Jouvert Joli gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Jouvert Joli E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

If 30 days have gone by since your shipped date, unfortunately we cannot accept your return


Return shipping fee is covered by YOU, the customer.


Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Swim Wear
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Hosiery
  • Mystery Bags
  • Doorbusters
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
  • Sale Items (All items from our sale collection are FINAL SALE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your store credit.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary. 

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund is processed within 48 hours upon arrival. Please allow 3-5 business days for your Store Credit to be applied to your account.
